If you’d told Helen Smith ten years ago that she’d be running sold-out craft classes, leading a thriving creative community and launching her own membership, she’d probably have laughed. She didn’t grow up crafting. She dropped art at school. She couldn’t even sew a button on until her mid-forties.

And yet today, Helen is the heart and hands behind The Cheerful Crafter.  A business built on confidence, creativity and connection.

When you step into Michele’s therapy room at Kasama Well-being, the first thing you notice is the feeling.

Michele is a complementary therapist specialising in energy healing and energy psychology. She works with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Reiki, Colour Mirrors bottle readings, numerology, crystal energy and more, all centred around one aim: helping people move from pain, stuckness and overwhelm into ease, clarity and relief.
